Summary
Our Sourcing Specialists are responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting and assessing candidates for Magic, Inc. You will complete all end-to-end recruiting requirements following company protocols and work with the hiring team to create and secure new avenues for recruitment to ensure the best candidate pool possible.
Essential Functions
Source candidates through external channels
Encourage employees to refer their friends
Assess and screen candidates for company fit
Maintain recruitment tracker including candidate information and status
Schedule passing candidates for interview
Interview candidates
Assist and suggest process improvements for the hiring team
Search for and help secure new hiring partnerships
Track, prepare and present hiring reports
Complete any other duties associated with the full recruitment lifecycle

Work environment-Must be equipped to be able to work from home (fast working computer and stable internet connection).
Position type and expected hours of work-Full-time (40 hours/week), regularization in six (6) months with passing performance evaluation.
Required education and experience-Entry-level acceptable.
Preferred education and experience-Preferred experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
