Job Description:
 
We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst to test and evaluate our Practice Management/EMR system. This full-time role involves identifying software issues, documenting test results, and ensuring system functionality.
 
 Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong focus on written communication for handling system support tickets.
Experience or knowledge in software system support.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus, as the software is a claims system.
Availability to work hours that align with or closely overlap USA Eastern or Pacific Time zones.
 
Responsibilities:
Learn and navigate the Practice Management System.
Perform QA testing to identify bugs or functionality issues.
Document and report test results.
