As a Digital Marketing & Support Specialist, his/her main role is to support our client (a Global Information Analytics business) with their Student Marketing initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Use social media scheduling tool to plan daily social posts for client's Student Life Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook channels
Use Sprinklr as a social management tool (client will provide training)
Monitor social listening tools to provide quick responses to customers via social media comments and direct messages
Add video content to YouTube playlists with closed captions and end cards
Pull social analytics reports from Sprinklr on a weekly basis to review trends and opportunities with customer
Student Ambassador Management
Communicate with student ambassadors regularly to ensure that their weekly content proposals match larger content strategy objectives and is submitted on time
Monitor and respond to student ambassador applications
Send payment to student ambassadors via our Omnicard platform
Create prepaid shipping labels through our UPS CampusShip to send to student ambassadors for social media giveaways
Submit work orders to creative team for flyers, collateral, design needs, conference materials, etc.
Serve as liaison between product managers and training team for student training asset needs and requests
Schedule focus groups with student ambassadors for market research as needed
Aid in data management for upcoming email initiatives
Track all website traffic, events, and other relevant data (pull weekly reports)
Coordinate with StraightArrow internal teams for creative design or technical web development needs
Other tasks that may be related to the function
Bachelor's Degree preferably Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Mass Media
At least 1 year of work experience in any digital marketing role, preferably with focus on Social Media marketing
Experience with using digital marketing apps and tools for Social, Content, SEO and email marketing is preferred.
Adept at using different social media marketing platforms to manage profiles
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally
Keeps updated with trends in social media marketing
Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
Amenable to work on US shift (8pm-5am) Mon-Fri
Can work remotely and has stable internet connection
