Lead both brands' engagement: reach, engagement, follows, likes, views for all social media channels
Provides key analytics on the performance of the social media properties as well as the performance of specific campaigns
Manages the content (feed) for both brands, across all relevant channels, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Viber and Lyka
Leads coordination of the above feed calendar with the brand, agencies and sales teams
Regularly produces or works with artists / agencies to publish content, such as static posts, short videos and stories related to current brand campaign executions
Ensures community engagement through answering customer queries and customer comments in the social media properties, also engaging with influencers and customers on their own feeds
Assists the Brand team in strategizing, developing and implementing marketing campaigns which are either designed for social media or as a support to on-ground / in-store campaigns
Will be working under Greenhouse (Zenutrients)
Open to fresh graduates
Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or other related courses
Proficient in graphics design and video creation/editing through use of software such as Photoshop, After Effects, etc
Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing
Proficient in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to do data analytics
Market research is a plus
