Identify different platforms on which we can build a community of users in the tech and arts fields.
Create, strategize and grow community groups that attract previous networks and new active members
Spearhead the production of impactful content that educates, inspires and engages our community of users.
Identify trending topics for content opportunities, and develop and monitor a content calendar to ensure availability of relevant content in our social media platform communities.
Liaise with the sales and marketing team, and other stakeholders to align content, writing style and branding across the online community platforms with the objective of new sales or repeat business.
Create monthly insights reports and monitor KPIs to analyze content performance and member engagement across the CIIT online communities
Perform other assigned functions as assigned by the manager
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing and other similar courses
At least 3 years experience of end-to-end experience in social media strategies and campaign directions
At least 3 years of extensive experience in online communication and online community building
General knowledge and enthusiasm with Traditional and Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology and Game Development is a distinct advantage
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in graphic design and video editing using Adobe software
Strong relationship-building and business communication skills
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision
