Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, videos, and code) daily
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy
Performing other duties when needed
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Attention to detail
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Education and Work Background
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
