As SMSF Accountant, you will be responsible for processing client superannuation funds in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate financial reports will be crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job description:
• Ensure client superannuation funds are processed in a compliant and timely manner.
• Prepare accurate SMSF financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and Instalment Activity
Statements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and statutory authorities.
• Conduct a compliance check of SMSFs.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of Accounting experience (ideal but not essential)
• Experience in SMSF Accounting is required.
• Experience in using Xero is ideal but not required.
• Experience in using BGL 360 or Class is ideal but not required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and execute work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work in AU Shift (7AM to 3PM PM MNL)
• Work from home but must be willing to go onsite as needed (Our office is located at Eastwood, Quezon City)
