The role: SME Account Specialist)
An SME account specialist will manage the needs of existing and potential clients under the SME platform. This includes creating proposal, presentation to client, securing client's approval for renewal accounts and placement to the Providers for both renewal and new business accounts.

We will rely on you to:
Client Servicing
Prepare and send out renewal proposals 3 months prior policy expiry and monitor renewal confirmation.
Monitor client's renewal confirmation and completion of required placement documents and AMLA KYC at least 1 month prior policy expiry date.
Coordinate placement of account's renewal to corresponding Providers.
Attend to client's escalated concerns and queries with regards to existing policy/ies.
Attend to client meetings as necessary or if requested by clients i.e., to discuss renewal proposals and queries or concern related to renewal.
In charge of coordinating Employee Orientation with Providers and ensuring that materials used by Providers have been reviewed and cleared prior presentation.
Administrative Services
Handles client creation in IMAP and HBB
Upload compliance documents in HBB
Accruals of revenue above Php50K for policies not yet billed in a timely manner and ensure that all document requirements are in place.
Share the billing and commission tracker with Ops Billing and Collection Team ensuring they received all issued billings necessary for commission invoicing.
Prepare and send Broking Master Service Agreement (MSA) to clients for sign off.
Update the forecast, revenue yield enhancements, renewal tracker and HBB
Consulting Services
Assist clients in benefit plan design and possible cost containment measures to manage utilization.
Identify opportunities across SME client portfolio and explore expansion by submitting proposal for not yet existing Line of Business (LOB).
Client Presentation
Conducts client walk through presentation of the SME Platform Terms and Provision for renewing clients with new HR POC.
Presentation of proposal for other LOB/ expansion opportunity.
Presentation of SME platform to prospective new business clients referred by the Region.
