Job Description
*Promote and offer all SMDC Condominiums and House and Lots to prospects
*Represent the organization in sponsored local and international marketing events/roadshows (US/North America, Middle East, Asia & Oceania, or Europe) and be able to expand your business network in the international market
*Maximize the use of different digital marketing initiatives to reach all types of clients from both local and international markets
*Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly
*Build and sustain a client-seller relationship
*Meet the required sales target on a monthly basis
Qualifications
*A bachelor's degree in any course
*1-2 years of experience from industries such as, but not limited, to Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, Banking and Finance, etc.
*Willing to accept Overseas Deployments
*Adept at networking and maintaining client relations
*With Webinar and Digital Marketing skills
*Strong (oral and written) communicator
*Motivated, dynamic, hardworking and entrepreneurial
*Connections and networks abroad is an advantage
Benefits
*Monthly Allowance (P15,000 - 25,000)
*3-5% Commission per unit (240,000* minimum commissions per month)
*Paid International Roadshows (100,000* minimum travel budget)🌍✈️
