Job Title: Service Support Driver

Location: JMC PAMPANGAJob Summary:
The Service Support Driver is responsible for transporting customers and vehicles safely and efficiently. This role supports the service department by assisting with vehicle pickups and drop-offs, shuttle services, and general lot organization. The driver must maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers to and from the dealership or designated locations using the dealership's shuttle vehicle.
Vehicle care and inspection
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments as needed.
Assist with moving vehicles within the dealership lot to ensure efficient workflow and space utilization.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle and service drive area.
Perform light cleaning of customer vehicles if required.
Assist service advisors and other staff with various tasks to support daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer drop-offs, pickups, and mileage logs.
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and dealership policies.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately.
Qualifications:
Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record (A-D restrictions)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles especially light trucks.
Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Able to work in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods
Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
Exposure to outdoor weather, vehicle exhaust fumes, and noise
May be required to lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required
Monday to Saturday work
8:30am to 5:30pm shift
