This will support 103 Account Managers and also handles Top School Accounts (Bicol State University, ISM, La Salle, University of Baguio, Batangas State University, Isabela State University, Mariano Marcos State University). The role is very crucial to the Pre Sales-SA process supporting Service Delivery's agile process and SG-Bids team's quick response expectations (1-3 days).
The replacement will:
Provide Technical presales assessment results and designs for SG opps as well as BID requests that will be submitted within a limited no. of days. Support the bulk opportunity requests and other requirements of our SG Sales partners.
Provide needed support for the SG Sector to function as designed, updating Vlocity, aligning with SG-Sales for Opportunities endorsed.
Collaborate with SG Sales, BID Mgmt and Pricing, DM, NFM, TEO, NIP, and other internal teams to provide the needed results for build-out, upgrade, and BID requirements.
Meeting with the customers together with the Account Manager to discuss technical solutions offering various products to address the customer requirements such as SDWAN, AWS, Firewall, IP.
Respond to RFPs/RFI (10 to 15/mo), conduct Proof of Concept demo (2-3/mo), technical consultant of the customers, and also support after sales concerns.
Responsible for handling critical and confidential information.
Regular cadence is being done with the customer.
