Service Lead Engineer (Project Engineer)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical or any relevant Industrial courses
With at least 2 years significant product experience related to Industrial Automation.
Must have a Good Planning and Organizing Skills.
Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable.
Fast Learner with Good Communication and Confidence in dealing with people.
Know how to drive and possesses a valid driver's license to visit the customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily involved in the technical implementation works and programming for process automation, industrial instrumentation and electrical system in accordance on industry standards.
• Responsible for gathering technical data from client to be utilized in the development of cost effective, reliable, up to date, and robust system solution tailored fit to client requirements.
• Responsible for installation of hardware devices and wiring of control system
• Study the project description, design and specification to get the technical requirements and check the project specific requirements
• Responsible to attend bidding of projects
• Project management and supervise service group and subcontractors
• Prepare BOM and manage budgetary cost
• Explore more competencies of price with sub-suppliers in order to prepare effective bids and subsequently reduce the total cost of the proposed tenders
• Preparing all documents needed on the site before starting the project or services (GANTT chart, Timeline, FAT, SAT, URS)
• Manage kick-off meeting before the implementation
• Ensured the safety of my technical during the implementation of project
• Developed updated and efficient technical solution to resolve automation problems
• Project planning and strategies
• Project Implementations and scheduling of technical personnel.
• Monitoring of all projects
• Able to drive service car to do site inspection and customer visits
• Direct reporting to management
