We're Currently Seeking a Service Engineer
 
Job Summary
 
The Service Engineer is in charge of all possible tasks responsible for the maintenance and correction of products that have been sold. They offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.    
 
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degrees in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Being confident and reliable
Understanding mathematical data
Having good reasoning abilities
Communicating and presenting data effectively
Troubleshooting problems 
Being flexible
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Willing to travel
 
Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer complaints to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
Delivers items to clients on time.  
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Basic product troubleshooting, software demo, product installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment. 
Submit detailed reports on all work that is done for each product and the client's feedback.
Provides user training to clients on how to use the company's products
Make a Certificate of Completion and training attendance for the client's installation.
Manage clients with information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns, and requests for their products and services.
Make user-training manuals for clients, and provide technical support remotely or on-site.
Set up equipment and test contents for client rental bookings.
Assist with any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head or the management from time to time. 
Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
