Job Description
Responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for various equipment or machinery. This includes diagnosing and resolving issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Focuses on preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing scheduled maintenance tasks, and recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
Specializes in installing new equipment or systems at customer sites and ensuring that they are set up and functioning correctly. This role may also involve training customers on how to use the equipment effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as engineering, technical team, and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues and improve product reliability.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including service reports, technical bulletins,customer communication records.
Proficient in Autocad that requires technical layout and shop drawing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Proficiency in computer software packages, Microsoft Windows/Offices
Knows how to AUTOCAD specifically technical layout, shop drawings.
Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects
Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop database
Able to work under pressure, work independently and possess spirit of teamwork
Willing to travel and do field works in project sites.
