Responsibilities
Manage to check, troubleshoot, install, repair all in-house and on-site works assigned by the company at a particular destinations;
Conduct client demonstration as may be required;
Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommends the right product or services fitted for them;
Provides training and technical assistance to customers and helps them to identify or resolve simple repairs, preventive maintenance etc.;
Understands technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnosis;
Provide technical support in case of complex issues;
Performs in-house repair on all machines assigned by the immediate superior;
Accomplish service report for each service job and submit to Technical Assistant and Technical Supervisor;
Ensures that all equipment are properly working and test accordingly to standard test procedures;
Coordinates with Technical Assistant regarding requests for parts and tools;
Responsible to study and familiarize oneself with new equipment or process and its specifications
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Officers from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate of either Electrical or Electronics Engineering is a plus
Preferably with experience welding technology
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
Can start as soon as possible
