Service EngineerHGG Profiling Specialist Philippines, Inc.

Responsibilities:
·      Designs, inspects, tests, and updates electronic systems, components, equipment, and software for industrial applications.
·      Reviews and verifies existing electrical design drawings and other technical documentation.
·      Creates Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure effectiveness and manufacturability of designs.
·      Records, tracks, and evaluates testing data and alters designs as required to bring them to safety, performance, and efficiency standards.
·      Observes existing processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
·      Develops technical documentations including design methods documents, product proposals, parts lists, operation manuals and maintenance manuals related to the equipment created.
·      Collaborates with supply chain and other related departments in sourcing out new and/or alternative parts of existing and upcoming designs/projects.
·      Supervises installation, commissioning, and testing of HGG machines at customer site worldwide.
·      Conducts customer training on how to operate and maintain HGG machines.
·      Ensures customer acceptance of machine at site.
·      Repairs and maintains HGG machines at customer site during service visits.
·      Provides technical support to customers and colleagues.
·      Reads, interprets and follows basic electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials and other written instructions or procedures.
·      Makes use of hand-held tools to perform certain tasks efficiently.
·      Performs work in a timely and accurate manner.
·      Pays attention and completes projects within the specified duration without compromising product's quality and function.
·      Takes care of all issued tools and takes accountability for their damages resulting from negligence.
·      Monitors inventory of materials/products in their respective workstations to ensure that parts are not lost, misplaced, or broken.
·      Performs quality work checks to ensure that output meets company's quality standards.
·      Performs all work in accordance with company's quality standards and established health and safety procedures.
·      Maintains a clean a safe work area.
·      Communicates with and updates involved colleagues in the Netherlands headquarter and the Philippines during installations and service jobs.
·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 
Qualifications:
·      Knows how to read electrical and mechanical drawings
·      Strong communications skills
·      Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
·      Adventurous and eager to travel internationally
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office software/applications
 
Education and Experience:
·      BS degree in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, and has experience on Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic, and CNC-controlled Systems
·      Strong interest in electronics and mechatronics, servicing and maintenance works
·      At least two (2) years related experience in a manufacturing environment
·      Professional qualification is an advantage
