Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (Generator)
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing schedule
• Ability to conduct training and diagnose machine issues
• Ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
• Use of various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer's concerns
• Communicating with clients, engineers, sales and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive maintenance measures
•Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
• Conduct training to ensure that customers will know the safe and effective equipment use
• Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements
• Conduct research and attend training or workshops to remain abreast of industry developments
• Writing reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on regular basis
