MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a SEO Specialist!
About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist who has the ability and skills to over time manage 10 or more client SEO results.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7AM - 4PM or 4PM - 1AM (PHT), Remote set-up
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements:
College graduate of any course
Proven SEO experience
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing. (not required, but would be a bonus)
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 20,000 - 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
