Job Title: SEO Backlink Specialist (Remote)Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backlink Specialist to join our SEO team. This role is focused on improving our clients' search visibility by building high-quality backlinks and conducting SEO audits. The ideal candidate will have strong outreach skills, experience in link building strategies, and a solid understanding of SEO performance metrics.Responsibilities:Outreach & Relationship BuildingIdentify and contact website owners, bloggers, and industry partners to secure backlink opportunities.Leverage client relationships to negotiate and obtain backlinks that support their SEO goals.Maintain organized outreach pipelines and track communications.Link Building Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute tailored backlink acquisition campaigns.Collaborate with our third-party backlink provider to plan and carry out backlink campaigns.Research competitors' backlink profiles to identify opportunities.Ensure all backlinks align with SEO best practices and client goals.SEO Audits & AnalysisConduct SEO audits for clients and prospects, evaluating keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and domain authority.Identify technical SEO issues that may hinder organic growth.Provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings.Reporting & OptimizationTrack link-building performance and rankings using BrightLocal, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Agency Analytics.Deliver reports to clients and internal teams on progress and results.Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize success ratesQualifications:Proven experience in link building, outreach, or digital PR.Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and ranking factors.Proficiency with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Agency Analytics.Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and make recommendations.Nice to Have: Knowledge of content marketing and how it integrates with SEO and understanding of Google algorithm updates and their impact on link building.Schedule: GY ShiftSetup: Remote / WFHWhy Join STAFFVIRTUAL?
