Senior Technical Support Specialist (B2B)
Location: Makati City (hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Nightshift
Salary: Up to Php35,000, dependent on experience
A Multinational Digital Publishing Firm is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for addressing technical-related issues for the client's platform.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Ensure successful technical setup and deployment of products and services to clients
Identify and solve issues that clients raise
Verify and escalate critical issues to the QA Team
Coordinate with the Business Support, Sales and QA Team in addressing critical issues
Provide support through phone, email and/or onsite support as needed.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 3 years experience Technical Support, Desktop Support or any similar experience
Proficient in Windows, Linux or Mac OS
Must have knowledge in Networking, Microsoft and other platform tools
Degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
Must be willing to work in the nighshift schedule and onsite
Must have excellent English communication skills.
