Senior Technical Support Specialist (B2B)
Location: Makati City (hybrid)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Nightshift
Salary: Up to Php35,000, dependent on experience
A Multinational Digital Publishing Firm is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for addressing technical-related issues for the client's platform.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Ensure successful technical setup and deployment of products and services to clients
 Identify and solve issues that clients raise
 Verify and escalate critical issues to the QA Team
 Coordinate with the Business Support, Sales and QA Team in addressing critical issues
 Provide support through phone, email and/or onsite support as needed.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 3 years experience Technical Support, Desktop Support or any similar experience
 Proficient in Windows, Linux or Mac OS
 Must have knowledge in Networking, Microsoft and other platform tools
 Degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
 Must be willing to work in the nighshift schedule and onsite
 Must have excellent English communication skills.
