Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development,
-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field
-7+ years class facilitation experience on the areas of leadership development, soft skills and
technical training, operations excellence and other related topics
-Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
-Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with local and global team members,
HRBPs, leaders, and vendors
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to multi-task and prioritize
multiple projects
-Ability to work independently, manage project timelines and goals, and the initiative to create and
meet individual work plans
-Demonstrated problem solving skills, critical thinking and initiative
-Demonstrated understanding of Adult Learning Theory
-Computer proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)
-Experience in curriculum development software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite,
and Vyond
-Technical / Functional Skills Knowledge of design and learning methodologies
-Experience working with a Learning Management System
-Advanced understanding of Instructional Design Best Practices
-Has earned certifications on training facilitation or other talent development/learning related
certifications
