Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the demands of our growing office.

Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for bulk hiring in the contact center, ensuring the timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Sourcing and Pipeline Building: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust talent pipeline, including online job boards, social media, industry networking, and other creative channels.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role, including skills, cultural fit, and competitive target driven performance expectations.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent. Implement initiatives to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize the hiring effectiveness and process.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Offer Management: Close offer process, including negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.
Our requirements:
Years: 5-10 years of rich experience in recruitment, selection, headhunting, full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and volume hiring. (End-to-End Talent Acquisition)
Industry: Contact center industry
Tools: Should have experience of working with a few AI tools for interviewing purposes and ERPs like SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle etc.
Environment: Must have worked in a highly competitive and target-driven environment. And must have hired for Sales and Customer Service roles.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.
Language: Excellent hold on English language both verbal and written along with finesse in communication skills.
Must be open to work as per business requirements.
