The Job:
Group: Manage Services
Level 3 Production Support for various systems in Mainframe environment.
Fix Incident Ticket and create necessary remedy like patching via batch process
System maintenance, Development, Testing, Documentation, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process
Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported
Perform program development for application enhancement
Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor
Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
A minimum of 7-year IT related experience
Must have leadership skill and experience
Having hands-on experience of the following platform and programming language
Good command of spoken and written English
Technical requirements:
Knowledge on MVS, JCL, IDMS, ADS/Online, COBOL, Gupta SQLWin, Gupta Centura, Visual Basic 6, dBaseIV, Oracle PL/SQL ProC, Unix scripts, and Remedy ITSM module
