Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of recruiting for organization and plays a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent.
The individual will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process and ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience, including but not limited to:
Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Continuously partner with the hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a multinational company.
At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in recruiting in the multiple local markets in the APAC region especially Australia and New Zealand
Prior experience in High Tech or Engineering industry is a bonus.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
Experience/knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management is a plus.
May involve regional travelling within Asia Pacific and international travel from time to time.
