We are seeking a versatile German speaking Senior Specialist to perform administrative activities alongside with other German-speaking colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be the individual to coordinate with German - speaking teams to help support on the multinational engagements and project-related work.
- Communicate through calls, email and listing down minutes of discussion and translate in German.
- Report and track deliverables from external clients and/ or (multinational) internal teams
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of strong background using German language in professional work set up.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in both German and English language.
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast paced diverse and multicultural work environment.
- Preferably with experience dealing with clients in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
- Can start ASAP.
