Responsibilities
Develop logical, conceptual, and physical models for different subject areas that serve the analytical needs of various use cases for marketers.
Communicate data models to data stewards, analysts, and marketing teams across multiple levels.
Ensure that models exhibit desired levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
Work with reporting and data analysts to ensure high quality data is available and meets reporting requirements.
Simplify data flows and remove unrelated cost from complex data systems.
Coordinate and enhance data quality, integration, and availability across the data landscape.
Provide remedy plans for potential data quality issues and risks during the analytics project implementation and suggest realistic mitigation strategies.
Inspire and cultivate the engineering mindset and systems thinking within the team.
Ensure conceptual and architectural integrity of the platform.
