SENIOR/JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Salary Range: 18k-20k plus commissions and incentives
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Can work with the owner and manager directly.
Hires and trains sales representatives. (Senior Sales)
Manages a team of sales representatives. (Senior Sales)
Present, promote and sell products/services of company
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and site visits
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Track sales and make status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree with Sales & Management background of no less than 1 year
Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, &/or Google docs, Google Sheets is important.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.
Willingness to work overtime when required
