Responsibilities:
● Lead advanced efforts to manage and improve the online reputation of clients on prominent review-based websites, providing strategic oversight and resolving the most complex reputation challenges.
● Develop and execute tailored strategies for review responses and removal of negative/false reviews, leveraging industry best practices to safeguard client brands. 
● Monitor client review profiles and implement proactive measures to enhance their online presence and overall star rating.
● Conduct in-depth assessments of review improvement strategies, swiftly identifying irregularities and providing expert guidance on resolution. This includes mastery of Terms of Use/Community Guidelines across major review platforms and the ability to innovate new methodologies for removing negative content.
● Troubleshoot and develop new removal methods when existing processes become outdated or specific protocols do not exist. The ability to think outside the box to design and implement alternative strategies. Ensure adherence to specific instructions for unique service arrangements.
● Oversee the removal of negative news articles, court records, and YouTube videos by designing and implementing advanced protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
● Drive the development of new standard operating procedures and continuously refine existing processes to meet evolving client needs, taking a leadership role in process innovation.
● Prepare comprehensive, high-quality client reports that detail accomplishments, outline future strategies, and provide insights into the broader impact of implemented measures.
● Stay ahead of changes to review platform Terms of Use/Community Guidelines, devising cutting-edge tactics to support client objectives effectively.
● Play a pivotal role in company growth by collaborating on strategic initiatives, system improvements, and innovative service offerings.
 
Qualifications:
● Exceptional communication skills at a near-native or native English level, with a proven track record of delivering clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications.
● Advanced experience in customer service and professional writing is highly desirable.
● Extensive experience in managing complex, high-stakes challenges with precision and adaptability. 
● Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and guide teams in identifying effective solutions.
● Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and devise actionable solutions to multifaceted challenges.
● Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a history of managing multiple high- profile client accounts, maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to deadlines under pressure.
● Deep understanding of online reputation management principles, with a focus on ethical practices and measurable client impact.
● Sincere commitment to client success, exhibiting transparency, empathy, and the ability to set and manage expectations effectively at all levels.
● Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and Upwork. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems as needed.
● Demonstrated proactive mindset and collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic, fast- paced environment where leadership, initiative, and teamwork are essential.
