As part of the International Payroll Team, the Senior Payroll Specialist will provide hands on and operational support in regional payroll matters.
Responsibilities:
Provide payroll operational support for APAC - in particular for Philippines, South Korea, Australia & Singapore
Ensure the accuracy of all payroll data submitted to our Payroll Vendors
Liaise closely with our local Payroll Vendors to ensure a timely and accurate payroll within tight deadlines.
Reconcile, Review and Validate payroll outputs
Managing funding of bank accounts and ensure timely payment of employees and related tax authorities
Manage queries from employees, HR Business partners and Finance
Have local knowledge of taxation in each region.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of Payroll Experience
Excellent Communication skills in both spoken and written English
Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Knowledge of local regulations
Experience in HRIS (Workday) would be an advantage
Experience of Netsuite desirable
Experience of working in a Multi National Company
Attention to details and proactive approach to the role
