What you will be doing:
Payroll processing for clients
Payroll processing for internal accounts
Payroll Tax & Workcover
Managing & Training Payroll Team
Qualifications:
Accounting degree or similar, with at least 2 years related work experience is essential
Experience in training or leading a team
Experience in Australian payroll is a huge plus but not required
Ability to plan, prioritise and organise to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in general business analysis from a financial perspective
Ability to problem-solve and meet strict deadlines
Possesses strong initiative
Experience in payroll software, preferably KeyPay & Deputy is a plus
