Caspio is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy solutions marketer to accelerate the growth of our global outbound sales organization. You will produce the content, tools and collateral needed to generate prospect interest, book meetings and ultimately win deals.
Prior experience supporting an outbound sales team within the B2B software industry is required. The ideal candidate will thrive working within the exciting intersection of sales enablement, solutions marketing and demand generation.
Responsibilities
Identify and produce collateral and sales enablement tools for the purposes of outbound prospecting, qualification and engagement.
Collateral items include executive-level pitch decks, persona-based presentations, ROI/TCO calculators, datasheets, solution briefs, email templates, sales talking points, etc.
Develop and prioritize buyer personas, positioning and outbound content maps.
Create compelling value-based messaging that aligns to prospect pain points and purchasing drivers.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outbound messaging.
In partnership with our content and digital marketing teams, work with stakeholders to identify and close gaps in tools needed to accelerate the outbound sales program.
Manage a solutions marketing plan from conception to execution, including industry events, user conferences, webinars and meetups.

7+ years of experience supporting an outbound sales organization in a solutions marketing or account-based marketing role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Experience defining target personas, ideal customer profiles, target verticals/industries, message mapping and list segmentation.
Ability to craft compelling stories in an autonomous content production role. Strong presentation-building skills is a must.
Highly comfortable presenting to sales teams, prospects and executives.
Ability to connect technical concepts with customer value, emotions and decision drivers - resulting in impactful, easy-to-understand sales materials.
Proven expertise executing events, conferences, webinars, etc.
Detail oriented, organized and continuously learning in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Portfolio of high-quality slides, campaigns and collateral that demonstrate a successful track record in sales support.
Expert English writing, editing and communication skills. A writing/messaging assignment will be required.
Bachelor's or equivalent degree required.
