Oversee a team of 6 - 15 associates responsible for the installation of new retirement plan sales
Staff training, mentoring, quality standards, reporting, disciplinary action, motivation, managing managers to identify appropriate staffing levels to projected volume with overtime/vacations and forecasting strategies, timely performance appraisals and salary/promotion/merit increase recommendations
Ensure that quality assurance, survey results and gain loss standards are upheld with direct reports
Provide change management leadership to new product offerings, process changes, regulatory requirements and service model enhancements
Perform conference calls and consult on incoming work with various client contacts including partner(s) sales and relationship/account managers, various internal departments, plan sponsors, financial advisers, third party administrators and/or prior providers
Respond to partner representatives and clients (including advisors, consultants and third party administrators) with appropriate resolutions on escalated issues
Discuss issues and trends with subordinates, peers and relationship management
Ensure that conversion deadlines are met within the team and that workloads remain balanced through continuous review of staff volume
Lead projects which are designed to improve processes that enhance client and/or staff experience
Work with sales, relationship management and other operational and service teams on process optimization, shared metric accountability, service standards and overall partnership health
Participate in finals presentations, site visits and RPF responses
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree or related work experience
7 years related work experience and 2-3 years management experience
In-depth knowledge of the retirement industry, recordkeeping systems, plan document/provisions
In-depth IRS/DOL reporting knowledge
In-depth regulatory compliance knowledge
Must be fluent in English
Must be available to work overnight hours
FINRA fingerprinting required
