ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
 
Salary range: 40,000-50,000
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Inspire a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide management with financial insights, trends, and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Accounting Operations
Oversee the daily activities of the team.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Track actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and financial strategies to improve profitability.
Audit and Compliance
Monitor compliance with tax laws, corporate policies, and financial reporting regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
Address and resolve audit findings and implement recommended improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
Experience in closing processes, audits, and tax compliance
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
