Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth Acceleration Team to work on our industry-leading advertising technology platform which enables advanced advertising capabilities on hundreds of top-tier websites globally to tens of millions of users daily.
The successful candidate will be joining a welcoming and dynamic team located around the world as they take a leading role in defining and running an automated lead generation engine within our business.
They will work closely with a mix of marketing and business development people, as well as product and data.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Constantly innovating in scalable methods to find new prospective customers
Use best in class tools to find the contact details of prospects maintaining checks to ensure that outbound email never soft or hard bounces
Use a data marketing led approach to measure all opportunities and back them into a CPL, CPA and Customer LTV
Manage lead generation budgets and report back weekly to Senior Marketing Manager
Qualifications
What we are looking for in candidates for this role:
Work with the New Business and Global Partnerships team to create a target list of prospective clients
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients using a variety of proactive data mining techniques and tools (SEMrush, Hubspot, Hunter.io, Emailable, etc.)
Ensure the high quality and data integrity of the prospective leads
Utilize HubSpot CRM to enable measurable and effective outbound email prospecting
Ensure that all lead generation activities are measurable and quantifiable. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to hit CPL goals and conversion metrics.
Take a data-centric approach to growth
Experience in these areas would also be a bonus:
A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem
Experience integrating marketing tools through APIs
