The Senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for assisting the department in its day to day HR Operations in the areas of Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, Policy Administration and Training.
Assists in implementing HR policies and programs.
Prepares documents for employee movements.
Prepares timekeeping and government-related reports
Coordinates with relevant service providers and government agencies regarding benefits-related concerns
Assists employees with HR-related concerns
Assist in the preparation for monthly employee engagement programs.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication and presentation skills;
Good problem-solving skills
