Position : Senior Digital Media Buyer
Working Hours: Pacific 8am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Who You Are:
Motivated to understand the unique nature of each clients' business model and aid their scalability by crafting performance marketing campaigns.
You are data-enabled and can carry out testing to conduct analyses that drive awesome results for our clients.
Love the thrill of account optimization and solving ad attribution puzzles.
Feel confident in managing ad budgets that exceed $1M per month in spend.
Essential Functions:
Manage, build and optimize campaigns, audiences and creative in Google Ads and Paid Social accounts
Drive media strategy, planning and execution of campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for a portfolio of different brands
Develop and contribute to testing roadmap (creative, ad formats, audiences, etc.) to improve KPIs and tactics to drive growth
Manage client budgets and forecasts to ensure targets are met
Analyze performance data and cross-reference attribution tools with social platform data to optimize campaigns weekly and drive performance
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients and platform representatives; the primary responsibility being improving and growing client and platform relationships
Conduct thorough competitor and market research and integrate findings into strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in paid social media and bring new ideas to the table to improve performance
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including client in-house teams, to achieve client goals
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
5+ yrs digital advertising, PPC, and performance marketing experience
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Proactive self starter who can take initiative, but also enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
Well versed in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics and other data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting
Direct to consumer ecommerce marketing experience on Shopify required
Proficient with 3rd party tracking tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale etc
Strong understand of marketing principles & psychology
Ability to attend video meetings with clients will be required
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
