Ultra Cryo & Recovery is seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns. This role requires someone who is experienced, reliable, detail-oriented, and confident making strategic ad account changes that directly impact our weekly ROI.If you live inside Ads Manager, thrive on performance data, and know how to scale winning ads while quickly correcting what isn't working - this position is for you.ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Management & OptimizationSet up new Meta campaigns including CBO/ABO structures, MV and HI forms, audiences, placements, creative testing frameworks, and retargeting flows.Confidently manage ad account changes including budget shifts, audience optimization, exclusions, form updates, API integrations, and pixel configurations.Refresh, rotate, and A/B test ad creatives weekly based on performance data.Monitor ads daily to ensure compliance, stability, and efficiency.Maintain a personal Facebook account in good standing (required for Business Manager/Ads Manager access).Data & AnalyticsPull, analyze, and update weekly ROI and performance reports, including:Cost per lead (CPL)Cost per booking (CPB)Show rate impactsCampaign/Ad Set/Creative level performanceRevenue vs. Ad SpendIdentify trends quickly and make strategic recommendations grounded in actual data.Track performance by location, service, and creative category.Technical IntegrationsConfidently integrate:Meta Pixel & Conversion APIGoHighLevel tracking (forms, UTM, pipelines)A2P registrations & complianceCustom audiences, custom conversions, offline conversions, etc.Ensure all tracking remains synced and firing correctly.Collaboration & StrategyWork directly with the Marketing Director to align on:Weekly ad prioritiesCreative directionBudget allocationMonthly promotions and special offersProvide strategic input and ideas to increase lead quality and lower cost per lead.Help forecast future ad spend needs and scaling opportunities.Qualifications3-4 years of hands-on Meta Ads buying experience.Proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns (preferably for local businesses, medspa, beauty, wellness, or fitness industries).Ability to confidently execute ad account changes without supervision.Strong understanding of:Campaign structure best practicesPixel & Conversion APICustom audiences & retargetingA/B testing frameworksTroubleshooting disapprovals/compliance issuesExperience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs preferred.Strong analytical skills - must be comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting, and numbers.Reliable communication and quick turnaround times.Stable personal Facebook profile in good standing (required).What Success Looks LikeLowering CPL and improving lead quality consistently.Weekly ROI reports delivered accurately and on time.Ads running smoothly with minimal disapprovals.New campaigns launched quickly and correctly.Tracking properly installed and firing with 100% accuracy.Proactive strategy, not reactive scrambling.
