We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer who's obsessed with performance - someone who loves finding the story behind the numbers and turning insights into growth.You'll plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns across Google and Meta, managing budgets between $25K-$50K per month. What You'll Work OnCampaign Strategy and Execution
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Manage pacing, budgets, and performance to hit ROI and CPA targets
Partner with creatives to test new ad formats, audiences, and copy angles
Performance Analysis
Track results through GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio
Analyze performance data to identify trends and scale what's working
Maintain accurate conversion tracking and reporting systems
Cross-Team Collaboration
Align strategies with account managers and creative teams
Share campaign insights and actionable recommendations
Document experiments and optimization learnings
What You Bring
4+ years of experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta
Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization
Skilled in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets for data analysis
Comfortable managing $25K-$50K monthly ad spend
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Organized, analytical, and proactive about testing and iteration
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and workflow automation
Background in performance or agency marketing
Familiarity with automation scripts or optimization tools
