Qualifications and Experience of a Digital Marketing Specialist/Graphics Designer Role:
Must have bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital and interactive media and / or technology related field experience;
Have 3-5 years' work experience as a digital marketing specialist / graphics designer
Ambitious self-starter with the ability to self-teach and stay at the forefront of developments;
Fluent in oral and written English with clear communication skills.

Ability and experience with campaign ideas, creation, implementation, management and reporting; social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business), content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM, SEO, Google Updates, Analytics, AdWords and website development
Must be experienced and up to date with industry leading software and technologies such as Coreldraw Graphics Suite or Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM platforms, Workflow Management and other tools;
Must have experience with email marketing platforms (including Mailchimp, CRM marketing platforms, Campaign Monitor, Wix Shoutouts and similar);
Experienced in establishing, negotiating and refining design briefs and preparing creative work for print, promotional products, packaging, signage, marketing, social and digital channels for a variety of commercial contexts and diverse client portfolios;
Experienced in undertaking brand audits;
As a DMS / Graphics Designer you're expected to be able to do the following: -
Have a strong and well-rounded portfolio demonstrating your graphic design skills, including developing logos and brand themes/designs and illustrations across all collateral including print, promotional products, packaging, signage, marketing, social and digital channels.
Responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing the company & client objectives.
Have detailed understanding of company & client's current position, their objectives, and be able to define & manage their budgets and their priorities & offer solutions to gain full approval.
Ability to work / pitch with all client types: Be flexible, diverse, proactive and creative on big and small projects, including new start-ups.
Create or redevelop a brand including the above, theme, tone, typography, tone of voice, photographic style, illustration style, video style, sensory style and social medial style and create brand design books and consistent branded materials across all collateral for print, promotional products, packaging, signage, marketing and digital;
Contribute to the team, research new ideas, techniques, build strategies, build client briefs, manage budgets & give feedback to Mktg Mgr, and be open to feedback and be able to change to align with core company values
Identify brand & marketing trends and opportunities for innovation and profitability;
Audit/analyse/develop brand persona's, segmentation, demographics and collateral.
Develop strategies for marketing, sustainability, branding, communications, content marketing, customer engagement, value proposition, USP, USB, core values, brand awareness and touch point strategy (digital and physical), inc digital and physical collateral development;
Employ marketing analytical techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.);
Develop and maintain client style guides and ensuring all collateral is on brand;
Write, source copy, edit and collate material for client's blogs, newsletters and email campaigns;
Manage repeat, updated and new orders from clients and create materials for them that are brand aligned (print, promotional products, packaging, signage, marketing and digital) and follow the proofing and approval process of the company;
Undertake proofing processes with clients and entering jobs into production, with respect to, pre-press print environment and able to work with and create templates;
Able to work with wide format print environment for signage, including displays, buildings, billboards, vehicles, boats and structures, including the ability to break down artwork for production (ie to fit on large format print media);
Develop and design material for clients including but not limited to: pitch decks, logos, illustrations, branding elements and icons, visuals, digital and print advertisements, images and designs, brand guidelines, photo editing and manipulation, photo colour corrections, product templates, product FAQ sheets, E-Books, product price lists, social media content, brochures and magazines, digital and physical marketing material, short videos, e-books, forms, cards, charts, infographics, story books, mood boards, outdoor advertising, displays, promotional material, promotional items, vehicle signage, building signage and other artwork and visuals as needed;
Able to work in a promotional products environment including ability to do research and produce procurement and ability to do media placement and booking environment;
High level ability to edit photos, create brand stories, brand elements and designs, redraw logos, create charts, infographics, illustrations, gifs and motion pieces;
