We are in need of a Senior Customer Care Officer and Sales Coordinator
Description of Role:
To provide quality customer service and assist the sales team by developing a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs in the Australian Food Service and Retail markets. The role is to become the one central point/hub for market information flow both inward and outward to customers and the sales team.
Skills and Experience Required:
• At least 3 years of experience working in a Call Center / BPO as Customer Service Representative
• Experience in fast moving consumer goods such as in food and beverage industries
• Team Leader to Managerial experience is a plus
• Proven experience in sales or sales coordinator/support
• Professional administration
• Clear and concise mastery of the English language
• High level of analytical skills
• Clear attention to data accuracy
• Strong Time Management skills
• Motivated Sales focus
• Negotiating Skills
• Computing skills required: Windows OS (advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Internet and Email (MS Outlook)
• Basic-Intermediate Graphic Design skills an advantage
