Vista is looking for a talented and highly motivated copywriter to join our Australian team! We help small business owners create expertly designed, up-to-date custom marketing. Strong design, content and creative thinking are key to the success for our customers - and our business.
Job Purpose:
As a member of ANZS creative and marketing team, you'll be a multi-tasker who can apply great and effective copywriting skills to a variety of tasks - both big and small - with the ability to clearly communicate and showcase the value our products can offer customers. You'll be passionate about branding, content creation and effective communication, using data, research and collective brandstorming sessions to ensure our customer is always top of mind.
Key Job Functions
Produce fresh and compelling copy for a variety of campaigns and assets across site, email and social platforms.
Collaborate with senior copywriter, designers, strategists, product owners and marketers on multiple projects within a sprint format.
Choose words strategically and use them precisely to create laser-focused messaging.
Update existing/global VistaPrint creative, including CRM emails, website marketing and landing pages.
Collaborate with key stakeholders on a local content strategy and calendar.
Create and edit articles for our Ideas & Advice blog.
Adopt and execute to the Vistaprint tone of voice and style guide - writing copy that is original, consistent and connects with our customers / audiences.
Experience /Training
Exposure in Media Arts, Journalism, Creative Writing or similar field
5+ years of professional copywriting experience-in-house agencies, external agencies or freelance
An online portfolio, including samples.
Fluency and excellent written and spoken English
Experience or interest in SEO & UX copywriting
Proven ability to demonstrate a brand tone of voice.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO techniques and principles.
Proofreading/copy-editing experience
Knowledge of multichannel best practice writing, research and editing skills
