PHP 110,000-135,000 per month
4pm to 1am Manila, Monday to Friday (while under training, then may move to 1pm to 10pm Manila after 3 months)

About the Role
Reporting to the UK based Technical Manager, as a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for the development and administration of Business Intelligence solutions for BAU requests (e.g., bug fixes and enhancing existing reports) and new projects. This includes converting raw data into useful and meaningful insights in the form of visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Study, analyse and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence and build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts while also performing efficient deep analysis.
Develop Power BI Data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualisations.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance.
Build and modify tables, and views and optimise SQL queries, and indexes as needed.
Position Prerequisites
Experience & Software
5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of SQL & ERP databases.
Experience working with Azure SQL or other cloud-based databases.
Knowledge of data analysis including data manipulation and data transformation (ETL processes).
Advanced knowledge of data modelling techniques.
3+ years of experience in Power BI & its features.
Intermediate proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
3+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in Excel VBA & Power Query.
Ability to understand the requirements and go back to users if unsure about the project brief.
Preferably with experience in building Power BI reports in the Financial, Supply Chain, Operations (warehousing, inventory) or Production/manufacturing industries.
3+ years of experience and advanced knowledge in .NET API & C# are highly preferred.
3+ years of experience in RESTful API & ability to work with API endpoints are highly desirable.
