Job Description
Job Summary :
Applying the payment received in the bank with the customer invoices.
Booking all expenses, salaries and social charges paid from the bank.
Booking the direct debit payments from the bank and clearing with vendor invoices.
Checking and ensuring that accounts (general ledger/sub-ledger) are always evaluable and transparent.
Request for means payment remittance from Collections team for missing information.
Maintaining proper coordination with accounts payable and accounts receivable team and ensuring the ageing of the accounts are well kept.
Providing the required information to the stakeholders (agencies, auditors, clients, vendors)
Complaints processing by internal and external customers/ suppliers (in /foreign partner companies.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
1-3 years of working experience
B.Com/B.Com (hon)
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good knowledge of SAP HANA is preferable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Good communication skills to communicate within the team and with the Stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure with commitment & take self initiatives.

Vendors invoice verification and scanning with Read Soft
Processing of payments in SAP, SOA Vendor reconciliation, Vendor Account Clearing & Management, Intercompany invoice payments & reconciliation.
Preparation of travel expense statement
Processing the vendor invoices after ensuring their completeness
Ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Analysis and optimization of process flows
Vendor accounts reconciliation
