Job Description Summary The Analyst is responsible for supporting the Tenant Advisory Group in engaging prospective clients, and servicing existing clients. To do this, the Analyst will work hand-in-hand with the Research, Consulting, and Advisory Services team in order to have a good understanding of the property market.

Broker Support
Create market presentations that will be used for presenting to prospective and existing clients, as well as to internal stakeholders as may be requested. The Analyst should also be prepared to present as needed.
Assist the brokers in coming up with market options for prospective and existing clients. This task includes getting building and commercial information on the properties to be offered, showing their location through a map, providing quantitative and qualitative points of comparison (SWOT, financial analysis, market commentaries, etc.), and other details that the client may need to assess such options.
Obtain high-level benchmarks for properties through listing sites, or through government agencies such BIR (zonal values).
Support brokers in accomplishing mark-to-market and benchmarking exercises spearheaded by the Global Occupier Services team, as well as international brokers.
Provide assistance in other areas intended to secure a deal.
Property Market Research
Support the Research, Consulting, and Advisory Services (RCAS) team by taking ownership of assigned property database, regularly gathering tracking and maintaining property data related to supply, demand, and pricing/rental rate.
Provide assistance in interpreting data and writing relevant quarterly market reports (MarketBeat and Market Overview deck) and related (draft) press releases, as well as periodic Regional Research requirements.
Assist in Regional Business Development Initiatives.
Work with the RCAS team in submitting thought-leading publications, whitepapers and special reports as per the department's schedules.
Provide help in the creation of ad-hoc reports and designing presentations for clients from specialized industries.
Support Consulting and Advisory engagements, as may be requested.
