Job description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team for a newly acquired subsidiary. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day to day bank recs, AP and AR for the business (hands-on)
Handle end-of-month process, including balance sheet work papers, closing process, etc.
Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, Payroll, quarterly tax reports, and other financial reports
Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
Report analysis and findings to the management team
Assist in the implementation of our newly selected accounting system
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
With 3-5 years of previous experience in Accounting roles
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Must have NetSuite experience
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Experience in Zoho, and MS Dynamics is a plus but not required
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
With excellent communication skills
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
