We are looking for a Seller Support Associate to join our Marketplace Operations team. He/She is responsible for managing all escalations while providing excellent customer service at the same time.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with company systems, processes and procedures
Support seller inquiries such Pick up, Order, Returns status, and other escalations
Ensuring customer/seller requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Coordinate with different departments to resolve issues
Do process documentations when needed
Assist in filing of claims for orders initially escalated by Customer Service or Logistics Team
Reports any possible fraudulent orders to Customer Service team
Conducts Pick up follow up with 3PL
Assist customer-seller escalations through internal communication platform
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Minimum of at least 3 to 6 months work experience in customer service
Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule including holidays and weekends
With excellent English communication skills
Knowledge of basic business correspondence, usage of various computer applications and computer Navigation
Good team player
Amenable to work in MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa City
