Enterprise McAfee SIEM,
SIEMplify (SOAR)
Enterprise BeyondTrust,
Imperva WAF and other security tools used by our Security Operations Center.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with complex projects and assumes ongoing support of security operations
Design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services
Provide security tool integration
Manage resolution, Incident, and Service Request Tickets in accordance with the MICTS Policies and Processes. This includes, but is not limited to, analysis, response, and either resolution or escalation of tickets.
Be an effective interface between Customers, Internal Teams, and Third-Party Vendors.
Ensure that the appropriate escalation processes are followed in a timely manner, ensuring that high Severity/Priority incidents are managed according to standards.
Other related duties to support the Managed ICT Services - Security function
A. Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Cyber-security or equivalent experience
B. Minimum Experience/Training
Have at least 1 year of working experience in the field of IT * Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
Having the training and certifications listed below is an advantage.
ITIL Foundation
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Linux+
CompTIA CEH
CCSP
CompTIA CySA+
Equivalent certifications related to network and security.
C. Competency
Must work well under pressure
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be proactive when identifying potential issues
Must show strong customer management skills
Must be a Team player
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
