About the Role
The Securities Operations Service Specialist provides phone support to internal parties and performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
Responsibilities
Providing support to internal customers - exercising strong domain knowledge and process expertise
Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints
Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; revising departmental procedures
Coordinates situations that involve other departments
Has moderate customer contact
Works under moderate to minimal supervision
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications
At least 2 years of tertiary education
At least 3 years in Customer Service for a financial campaign
Experience in Wealth and Investment Management, Brokerage, Fraud Services, Loan Services (end-to-end), etc. is an advantage
Experience in a blended (voice + processing) is an advantage
Amenable to night shift schedules and shifting schedules
Amenable to be assigned in Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig City
