Rate: $5/hr and earn up to PHP50,000 PHP +/month plus $250/deal closed

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (WORK FROM HOME)
Our company is redefining how people shop for and manage their car ownership needs, from insurance to maintenance.
 
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound efforts and help us connect with the right decision-makers in the insurance industry.
 
What you'll do:
Research and identify target prospects at insurance companies using LinkedIn, company websites, and other data sources.
Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).
Build Research/Briefing Document on identified target companies and target prospects
Manage outbound outreach campaigns, including sending LinkedIn messages and emails through pre-set accounts and tools. (requires tailoring/customization) 
Track communications, follow-ups, and responses to ensure prospects move through the funnel.
Assist in automating outreach processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
What we're looking for:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with prospecting tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn outreach.
Self-starter who can manage repetitive tasks with efficiency.
Experience in lead generation, sales operations, or outbound prospecting is a plus.
